Your appointment is very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I ask for at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellation or reschedules. Unfortunately there is a mandatory 35% fee charge. Any No-Shows will not be able to book in the future and automatically lose deposit. Late arrivals please note that there is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes a small fee is added to your service. 25 minutes late Is an automatic non-refundable cancellation.
